Tracey Mclaren (Amaroo Pelvic Health) Cannington Physio

BSc (Physiotherapy), Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Women`s Health).

After 14 years working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, my focus shifted in 2013 following the birth of my daughter. Like many new mums, I felt unsure about what I could and couldn’t do postnatally and that uncertainty sparked a deep passion to support and educate other women on their own journeys.

With a background in clinical Pilates, I began helping women reconnect with their bodies through movement, all while raising my three children. When my youngest turned four, I took a leap and returned to university to complete a master’s degree in Pelvic Health, determined to offer more comprehensive care for women facing pelvic floor and postnatal health challenges.

Two intense years later, I graduated, and I’ve never looked back. I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that I love, helping women feel confident, informed and supported in every stage of life.
