The Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan enables General Practitioners to plan and coordinate the health care of patients with chronic medical conditions.
At Cannington Physiotherapy, we accept patients who have been referred to physiotherapy under the EPC program at a significantly reduced cost. In addition, we do have a limited number of appointments at no additional cost to the patient.
During these sessions, our physiotherapists will assess and treat your problem, in order to reduce your pain and improve your function and overall well-being.
