Fit For Life Classes are specially designed exercise classes tailored for over-55’s.

Classes are designed for small groups of people and are supervised by one of our physiotherapists. The classes are individualised to YOUR ability and YOUR goals. Classes incorporate a variety of gentle upper and lower body work, core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises – a perfect way to gently introduce your body to a regular exercise routine. These classes run throughout the year and are open to individuals of all ability levels.

As these classes are supervised by a physiotherapist, private health insurance rebates may apply.

Whether you want to work on a specific weakness or lose weight, gain strength or improve general fitness – Fit For Life Classes are your answer!

Classes are held at 10AM every Tuesday morning at our clinic.
